Welcome to the new blog from Sport Orthotics which will give helpful information and advice for all from our clinicians on a regular basis. We plan on bringing you the up to date information on conditions and the experiences of the Sport Orthotics team based at the Treatment Hub orthotics and biomechanics clinic in Hamilton.

The first thing to talk about in our blog would be the fantastic news that we were notified this week that we had won the customer service award by whatclinic.co.uk. This is the 3rd year in a row that we have won this award and it is particularly special as this awarded purely on customer feedback.

We are about to take delivery of new gait analysis software this week and hopefully we are hoping to have this set up soon after. We will bring you an update on this (and once we work out how to use it!). I expect we will continue using our current approach until we have things completely sorted.

We are also currently updating our sportorthotics.co.uk website which includes information on conditions and how orthotics as well as other approaches can help. If you don’t know what is wrong but no you are in pain then the “pain picker” can help guide you to the source of the problem
